Practicing yoga and pilates immersed in nature really makes you feel to be a step ahead.
Gymnastics of the body and breathing, aimed at meditation and relaxation. An experience to try to find a connection with yourself and the surrounding world, guided by a qualified teacher.

Description

Relax and live the unique experience of Yoga or Pilates, immersed in the colors and scents of our gardens.
The duration is 45 minutes.
The number of people is: min 4 – max 10.
Reservations are required at least one week in advance. Animals are not allowed
One mat per person will be provided. Sportswear is recommended.
In case of bad weather or if the minimum number of presences is not reached, the reservation will be canceled or rescheduled.
