Description
Description: This yoga class blends ancient techniques to harmonise body, mind, and emotions through poses, breathing, energy work, cleansing practices, and meditation, to help alleviate stress and emotional ailments. Sessions are held outdoors in our garden with essential oils and relaxing music. You will experience deep relaxation and sensory stimulation using visualisation, concentration, and small musical instruments like Tibetan bells. The class incorporates Raja Yoga, Shamanic Yoga, and classic Hatha Yoga techniques.
Duration: 1 hour.
Number of people: Min 4. – Max. 10.
What’s included: One yoga mat per person will be provided.
Reservation is required at least 2 days in advance. Animals are not allowed. In case of bad weather or if the minimum number of presences is not reached, the reservation will be canceled or rescheduled. You are asked to wear sports or otherwise comfortable clothing and to have a towel with you to spread out on the yoga mat. It is preferable to practice barefoot or with cotton socks.
