On Saturday 9 November we are waiting for you for an unmissable tasting dinner at Casa Pedrera, the new Mediterranean tavern of the Tenuta dei Normanni. We leave at 7.30pm for a fabulous journey of taste among regional wines and gastronomic specialities!
The cost is € 25 per person and includes:
– 4 glasses of wine from 4 different wineries
– the entire gastronomic tour with 7 taste stops.
7.30pm hanged caciocavallo
8.00pm “fresella” d’Altamura and its variations
8.30pm “cuoppo” of anchovies
9.00pm cheese tasting between tradition and innovation
9.30pm pasta and chickpeas
10pm “cuoppo” of roasted chestnuts
10.30pm spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper
